Char Siu Brisket Boat Noodle Soup: Slow braised brisket braised in 7 spices with bamboo shoots, pickled mustard greens, bean sprouts, peanuts, dry shrimp with rice noodles. Topped off with crispy garlic, crispy onions and spicy Thai chili, lemongrass citrus.
Vegan Panang Curry: coconut milk, tofu, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, Bok choy, Thai eggplant, Thai basil, Thai chilies, cauliflower, and lemongrass over garlic-ginger Jasmine rice or rice noodles. Topped off with crispy onions, and crispy garlic.

The Noodle Man has showcased his culinary talents as a guest chef at numerous high-profile events, including SXSW, Beale Street Festival, movie premieres, and TV shows. His pop-ups have taken over boutique hotels, breweries, bars, and restaurants nationwide. He also stars in a pilot show based on his life, titled "The Noodle Man," which is currently streaming on Amazon Prime. Additionally, Dream is filming a food documentary feature in New Orleans and is working on a restaurant travel television series in collaboration with the Emmy-award-winning Litton Entertainment and Hearst Media.
